IS Elite Asia (ISEA) ditubuhkan untuk mewujudkan kerjasama produktif di antara pertubuhan, industri dan usahawan Asian dalam mempromosikan peluang retail dan franchis unik di rantau Asia.
Di bawah teraju Dato’ Dr. Chin See Keat, pengasas England Optical Group (EOG) dan kini Asean Retail-Chain Franchise Federation (ARFF), ISEA ditubuhkan sebagai menyahut seruan pihak Kerajaan Malaysia dalam menggalakkan potensi keusahawanan di kalangan rakyat Malaysia. Pada masa yang sama, menaikkan industri retail dan francais ke peringkat yang lebih tinggi. ISEA menyediakan pengalaman keusahawanan secara retail dan francais yang bersifat mobil, perkhidmatan penyelesaian idea perniagaan, teknologi e-reward yang terkini dan pusat pengembangan industri retail.
ISEA diketuai oleh Lawrence Teo sebagai CEO dan disokong oleh ahli kumpulan yang kompeten dalam memastikan pengembangan dan kemajuan Program ISEA kepada industri retail dan francais dalam katagori berbeza di dalam masa hadapan.

At the helm of Dato’ Dr. Chin See Keat, better known as the founder of England Optical Group (EOG) and recently the Asean Retail-Chain Franchise Federation (ARFF), ISEA was set-up to take up the Government’s call in fostering entrepreneurial potential amongst Malaysians while nurturing retail and franchise industries to another level.I SEA provides a full-fledge mobile retail and franchise entrepreneurship experience, a business idea solutions services, an advanced e-reward technology and a centre of retail expansion.
ISEA is led by Lawrence Teo as the CEO and backed by a competent team in ensuring the expansion of ISEA into other retail and franchise industries of different categories in the very near future.
